The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the foot of the North Downs in Kent, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. It has its own entrance and private courtyard with a hot tub.
The studio has a king size bed, ensuite shower room & small kitchenette.
There is a toaster, hob, microwave and fridge.
We provide toiletries, hairdryer, and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers, just so you’ll feel pampered! TV & Wifi. Tea, coffee are provided foc.
Continental breakfast available upon request. Please ask for further details if required.
We can also provide a travel cot or single put you up bed at an additional charge.
“The Cabin” is a luxury self- catering log cabin with a hot tub, in Thurnham, near Maidstone Kent, with stunning views of the North Downs. It is perfect for walkers, ramblers and anyone who generally loves the countryside looking for a relaxing break.
The Cabin (25 sq m approx.) has been decorated and fitted out with a contemporary look and offers full heating throughout. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with an en-suite shower room. We also provide toiletries, hairdyer and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers, just so you’ll feel pampered !

After a day spent enjoying the outdoors you might want to relax in front of the television or just enjoy the flicker of the flames created by our instant -heat electric fire. If you want to prepare your own meals, there is an oven, microwave and hob.
‘The Lodge’ with hot tub is the latest addition to our luxury self catering holiday lets.
It is located by foot 100 metres from the main house down a shingle footpath. The Lodge has its own private entrance and offers a fully fenced garden ideal for well behaved dogs.
The light & airy studio (30 sq m approx) has a double bed, Kitchen/ living area with sofa bed & ensuite shower with eco- friendly toilet to protect the environment. There is a TV/DVD player, cooker, microwave, fridge & toaster, electric heating, outside lighting, torch.
We provide toiletries, hairdryer, towels and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers just so you’ll feel pampered.
Tea and coffee provided for arrival.

The Shepherds Hut with Hot Tub is the latest addition to our holiday lets.
It is located in its own private wooded garden which is reached along a shingle footpath approximately 60 metres from the main house. The garden is fully fenced and ideal for a small doggie guest.
Outside there is a covered seating area, sun loungers, bbq & fire pit and a clear gazebo over the hot tub. The garden area is lit by solar lights.
The Shepherds Hut is a light and airy (15 sq m approx). It has a standard double bed, ensuite shower with eco- friendly toilet to protect the environment. There is a TV/DVD player, 1 ring hob, microwave, fridge & kettle, toaster, electric heating.
