The Annexe is a self contained studio decorated to a high standard attached to the main house. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the foot of the North Downs in Kent, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing break. It has it’s own entrance and private courtyard with a hot tub.
The holiday lets are for a maximum of 2 people. The studio has a king size bed, ensuite shower room & small kitchenette. There is a toaster, hob, microwave, fridge and BBQ.
We provide toiletries, hairdryer, and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers, just so you’ll feel pampered! TV & Wifi. Tea, coffee are provided foc.
Continental breakfast available upon request. Please ask for further details if required (additional charge).
We can also provide a travel cot or single put you up bed at an additional charge.

Free wifi
We can advise you on local walks and cycle routes, even those including our wonderful local pubs! This area is steeped in history so you might perhaps choose to visit nearby Leeds Castle and find out why Henry VIII stayed there. The shops are a short drive away.
No smoking inside the Annexe
Part of Crismill Lane is a restricted use-age unmade road / bridleway therefore please drive carefully. It may not be suitable for very low suspension cars especially in the winter.

Disabled Facilities
We have made the Annexe as accessible as possible but the topography of the land limits access at some times during the year and steps are required. If you have limited mobility please telephone and we can talk you through the access ensuring you can be as comfortable as possible.
