‘The Lodge’ with hot tub is the latest addition to our luxury self catering holiday lets.
The holiday lets are for a maximum of 2 people. The Lodge is located by foot 100 metres from the main house down a shingle footpath. The Lodge has its own private entrance and offers a fully fenced garden ideal for well behaved dogs.
The light & airy studio (30 sq m approx) has a double bed, Kitchen/ living area with sofa bed & ensuite shower with eco- friendly toilet to protect the environment. There is a TV/DVD player, cooker, microwave, fridge & toaster, electric heating, outside lighting.
We provide toiletries, hairdryer, towels and a couple of towelling robes with matching slippers just so you’ll feel pampered.
Tea and coffee provided for arrival.
If you are looking for a rural retreat, set at the end of a bridleway the lodge is an ideal base to explore the local countryside, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, ideal for walking, biking, visiting local attractions or a relaxing/romantic break.
Outside there is a decked area, with sun loungers, table & chairs, bbq & firepit.
Relax in your own private hot tub. A gazebo covers the hot tub in winter months providing it is not too windy.
On request with additional cost: Welcome hamper, breakfast hamper.
Tea, coffee provided for arrival. Utilities included.
Suitable for 2-3 guests -additional charge for 3rd guest.

No smoking inside the accommodation or on the decked area.
We are unable to offer Wi Fi but the lodge has 4g reception.
Male guests are required to sit down when using the waterless eco toilet.
Sensible footwear is recommended as the lodge is reached along a footpath/grassy track.
Part of Crismill lane is a restricted use-age unmade road/bridleway therefore please drive carefully. It may not be suitable for very low suspension cars especially in winter. If in doubt please ask.
We are located ½ mile from the M20. If the wind is blowing the wrong way you may hear the motorway in the far distance.
Disabled facilities
We have made the cabin as accessible as possible but the topography of the land limits access at some times during the year and steps are required. If you have limited mobility please telephone and we can talk you through the access ensuring you can be as comfortable as possible.
